1. How'd you get 2 servings of veggies into 50 grams of Farm&Oven?

Using raw veggies would make our bakery bites super soggy.  We buy air-dried veggies. When the veggies are harvested, they are air dried, evaporating out the moisture and leaving all of the nutrients and fiber.

The veggies are a dry ingredient in our bakery bites. They take the place of some of the flour and sugar you'd bake with at home.

2. Are Farm&Oven Bakery Bites gluten-free?

We have two amazingly delicious gluten free flavors on the way. Coming to our website this fall! I couldn't be more excited. Honestly, they're the best gluten free cookie I've ever tasted.

2. Are Farm&Oven Bakery Bites vegan?

Short answer: no.

Longer answer: We use traditional baking ingredients like flour, sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda and, well, eggs.

Stay tuned. If there are a lot of requests for a vegan version, we'll be mixing up new recipes.

3. How long do they stay fresh?

Cultured brown rice is the secret to our 8 month shelf life. We avoid chemicals with unpronounceable names to keep our bakery bites delicious and fresh. Brown rice - another food that's in my pantry, along with the rest of our ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla and baking soda.
