Mom was right. Eating veggies is good for you.
5 veggies a day. That’s what the healthiest people get. Every. Single. Day. Most of us are trying to eat more veggies. But 91% of us don’t get enough. (Weird that we don’t have that deficiency with brownies and muffins. ;)
The recipes for Farm&Oven are based on old-fashioned zucchini brownies and muffins, carrot cake and pumpkin bread. And like those goodies, our bakery bites have that lovely dense, soft texture.
We offer these mini-muffins to you in love and service. Our intent is to entice you and yours to crave your veggies. No shaming, scolding or suffering included.
