I seem to be the designated the salad maker for my circle of friends. I have four really good salads. And I'm a little scared of the 5th dinner party with the same group - what am I going to do then? I guess I'll take it one dinner party at a time.
At a party, nobody is gonna eat something that doesn't taste good, right? I aim to create something that's colorful, fresh and tastes so good that people eat seconds.
Last night a woman ate 3 helpings of this salad!
